                  HOW TO TEST TIGHT INTIMATE MUSCLES?

                    Before starting the test make sure that the device is washed thoroughly with non-perfumed soap and lukewarm water. Make sure that the device is completely hygienic for vaginal penetration. Your hand should also be properly sanitized before using the device transvaginally.

                    Before the test the bladder and the bowel are empty. 

                    The test can be done at any time of the day depending upon your comfort. In your room where your privacy is maintained you need to take out your lowers and slowly first try to insert the narrow end of V EASE into the vaginal opening if it fails to penetrate it means severely tight vagina, if the narrow end is penetrating with pain or discomfort still vagina is tight. But if comfortable penetration happens with narrow end then try to insert the broader end.                         The training protocol will be different for different people but you can use the V EASE (Vagina-Fit) in the following ways:

                        •Try to relax your intimate muscles as if you are trying to urinate.
                        •Gently insert narrow end in circular motion, inside your vagina for 10mints (clockwise & anti clockwise direction)
                        •As you feel more comfortable, progress towards broader end.
