                                                                Het's MMT is a simple self-test to grade the strength or opening ability of your intimate (pelvic floor) muscles. 

                                                                It can be done by yourself in your own privacy and at your own comfort.

                                                                Lie down on your back with no clothes down your waist.

                                                                Bend your hips and knees.

                                                                You can keep pillows under your back and shoulders that will help you to reach down better.

                                                                You can insert a clean finger inside the vagina and try to feel inside the vagina.

                                                                Now try to hold your finger through your intimate (pelvic) muscles as if you are trying to hold your pee (urine).

                                                                If you are unable to feel anything that means your intimate muscles are very weak and your grade is 1.

                                                                If you are able to squeeze your finger but the finger is not getting pulled inside then also your muscles are weak and you are at grade 2.

                                                                If you are able to squeeze the finger and you can feel a strong upwards pressure against your finger that means your muscles are strong and your grade is 3.

                                                                If you are unable to insert the finger inside the vagina then, it can be due to the tightness of your intimate muscles, then grade your self as described below.

                                                                If you are having excessive pain or discomfort while inserting the finger that means your intimate muscles are extremely tight. You are at grade -1 (Inability to penetrate).
